Welcome back to the MindBody Publishing interview series. As we hope you already know we have been interviewing authors and writers to bring you a flavour of their work and the highs and lows of being a writer. We started off with Allison Parkinson who is a self-published author of Tiger Tale and others. We introduced you to Mandy Walker and Richard Stevens who proved themselves to be a very dynamic poetic duo. We are now very honoured to have Pamela Haynes join us. Pamela is the well renowned author of Loving the Brothers and Loving the Sisters, parts 1 and 2 of a trilogy.

MindBody Publishing Interviews Author Pamela Haynes
It was an absolute pleasure to meet Pamela Haynes to talk about her writing career and the success of her novels Loving the Brothers and Loving the Sisters which are parts 1 and 2 of a trilogy. Pamela's debut novel Loving The Brothers was published on 8th January 2018. She then went on to secure a publishing deal for her trilogy in January 2022. Loving The Brothers and Loving The Sisters was published on 27th July 2022. Loving The Children will be published next year.
As you will discover Pamela is a very busy lady. As well as being an author she also has her own podcast where she interviews authors who have self-published. The podcast is doing so well and is already on its 4th season. You can check it out here. I felt very fortunate to speak with Pamela who was extremely generous in her responses revealing the many twists and turns of self-publishing and being picked up by a mainstream publisher. I picked up so many tips and tricks from this interview and I know you will too!

Pamela has over 30 years of experience working in the Criminal Justice System and she has worked in a variety of Probation Officer roles and settings. Pam has been a guest lecturer at Hertfordshire University and at the University of East London.
Pam started the Author 2 Author Podcast on International Women’s Day on 8th March 2021. She interviews self-published authors from around the world.
